 Dairy Free - Low Fat Pineapple Banana Smoothie - BobbiJoPrevious Next [Print] 
Ingredients:

1-19 fl. oz. can (398 mL) crushed pineapple, unsweetened 1 banana, medium
1/4 tsp (1 mL) coconut flavouring (optional: may also use vanilla in place of coconut)
1 cup (250 mL) So Good Fat Free Fortified Soy Beverage
Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine pineapple, break up banana and add flavouring.
2. Pour So Good Fat Free into blender and mix until smooth.

Makes 2 servings.

Carbohydrates: 65 g
Sodium:82 mg
Calcium: 185 mg,
Iron: 1.5 mg
Fibre: 4 g

This recipe is an excellent source of Vitamins C, B6, B12 and thiamine as well as a good source of calcium, riboflavin and magnesium.
